We'll arrange a relaxed introduction meeting where you can: Learn more about how Life Choices works Share what you'd like to achieve (no pressure – just a friendly chat) Discuss costs and practical details Most importantly, see if you and your coach feel comfortable working together Your parents, carers, or case manager are welcome to join this meeting if that would help you feel more at ease. If everyone feels good about working together, we'll agree on your coaching hours and start date. Arrange Your Introduction Meeting Step 2: Working Together You will meet with your coach weekly for your agreed hours. Your coach will come to your home and work with you to: Identify goals that genuinely excite and motivate you Discover activities and interests you'd like to explore Set your own deadlines and timescales (remember, this is your pace) Plan practical steps towards your goals Your coach will: Help you identify, plan, and achieve activities you're interested in Act as your personal mentor and biggest supporter Encourage you as you try new things Advocate for you whenever needed This is about your life and your choices. You're always in control of how we spend our time together – after all, it's your life and your choices. If something isn't working or you want to try a different approach, just let us know.
