Eco Shed Shop Terms and Conditions
Terms of sale
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. Your account will be debited at the time of purchase, or soon after. There will be no VAT charged on our products. Prices exclude
delivery. Delivery can be arranged if you contact us (please see delivery options). Once
your order is received, we will send you an email to confirm your purchase.
Product information
All our products are one of a kind and subject to availability. We work hard to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However, there is a small chance that the item you have ordered is no longer in stock as we do sell all items directly from our shop as well as online. In the event that this were to happen, we shall contact you to discuss if you would like a full refund or wish to wait for a similar product to be made.
Images of our products are representations of the items. Please be aware that the colour of the
product may not be accurate and may differ slightly from the online pictures.
Commissions
After a design is agreed and a quote accepted, we require a 50% deposit. Because commissions are bespoke, we are unable to offer a refund if the item has been personalised, unless we feel that the item can be resold, which is at our discretion. Commissions can only be accepted if they are something that the Eco Shed can co-produce with group members, it is important for our members to gain experience and new skills.
When given measurements for a commission, we will work to the given measurements and cannot be held responsible for the measurements not being accurate.
Delivery
Products are for collection from Sittingbourne or Canterbury, but you can contact us to arrange a
price for postage and packaging. The item will be sent by Royal Mail and will be charged at their
prices, along with a charge for appropriate packaging.
Returns
If for any reason you may be unhappy with the item then you have up to 7 days to contact us and
the item must be returned within 20 days of receipt. If you are returning the item by post then you
will be responsible for the return postage fees. Please try to send the item back in the same
packaging that you received it in. Commissioned or personalised products can only be returned if
they are found to be faulty.
