Preparation for Employment Helping you prepare for the world of work This one year programme works closely with you to build up your confidence and work related skills before your internship. Preparation for Employment explained We work with you to help you prepare for the world of work through Project-Based activities, Work Experience, Employer Visits, Guest Speakers, Functional Skills and more. We will work with you to develop your Personal and Social Skills, helping you to identify key areas you wish to grow. Through individual and group work, you will start to build your confidence, develop work-related skills, and explore different career paths you may like to focus on in your future. This is a Pre-Internship year and is suitable for you if you need more support to prepare for the working environment before going on to the Supported Internship year.
