What do you love about working with bemix?

I love seeing people learn new skills and develop existing skills and talents. I enjoy the endless creativity, ideas and the opportunity we all have to learn from each other.

How long have you been involved with bemix?

I started with the Music and Arts Project when we were known as Skillnet Group in July 2008.

What is your role in bemix?

I oversee the delivery and development of our adult group projects; supporting the management of Life Choices, Designated Adult Safeguarding Lead and I am also on the Central Team and Board of Directors.

What did you do before you joined bemix?

I worked in a school for students with Autism where I taught music instrument skills, music performance and music technology. I have also taught on music courses in colleges, worked in Supported Employment, driven vans and played guitar in a band.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

It all revolves around family, music and football. I enjoy walking our dog, playing football, watching football (I support QPR and Folkestone Invicta); playing guitar, writing songs and music production.
