I have an interest in anything which will improve the lives of people with a Learning Disability.

I have been a Non-Executive Director of Voice4Kent, an independent advocacy and campaigning organisation for people with a learning difficulty.

I have been a Non–Executive Director of bemix for about a year. I am now the Co-Chair. I started working for bemix (formerly Skillnet Group) in 2005. I work as a Supporter of music projects and Composed. I am Jobs Champion with Supported Internships.

I volunteer with my local Hospital trust to train Health Care Assistants how to treat people with a Learning Disability. I have worked with Kent Job Centre Plus training their staff. I help run Books Beyond Words groups.

I am involved with the Kent Learning Disability Partnership Board and have been its Co-Chair.

I am a core group member of the National Co-production Advisory Group.

In my spare time I enjoy football and have qualified as a FA Level 1 football coach and am involved with a Pan Disability football team.
