General Qualified Teacher (Post-16 SEND in Supported Employment)

Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)  - 2 days a week in Chatham (Monday & Wednesday)

Do you dream of finding a Part-Time Teaching role where classes are small and you have plenty of PPA time?

Do you enjoy seeing the young people you support develop their skills, knowledge and confidence?

Are you looking to join a team that is focused, hard-working, and mutually supportive, where your skills, experience, and contributions are valued and will help shape the future and quality of the programme?

Do you thrive in a collaborative environment that provides a nurturing and supportive learning environment?

Do you enjoy identifying the challenges that young people face in their learning and putting measures in place to support them?

The Supported Employment educational provision is going through an exciting period of growth, as we work alongside more young people with the goal that they gain sustained and meaningful employment at the end of their time with us. This powerful education and employment model is proven to be effective at overcoming the many barriers young people with learning disabilities and/or autism face with employment.
