Employment and Support Advisor

What do you love about working with bemix?     

I love the support that bemix provides for the young people and the confidence and independence that it provides for them once they go on and gain employment.

How long have you been involved with bemix?

I joined bemix in August 2022.

What is your role in bemix?

I am the Employment and Support Advisor in the Supported Employment team.

What did you do before you joined bemix?

I previously worked as a job coach for a similar company and before that I was a careers advisor working in adult education - here I gained my NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

I have a 3 year old son, so my time when I am not working is spent with him, enjoying days out or watching movies at home!
