Speak up and share your experiences

Do you want to help people understand what life is like for autistic people, and people with learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities? Want to share your experiences to make things better for others? In Be Seen Be Heard, everyone in the group works together to choose what to speak up about and campaign for.

What you can do in Be Seen Be Heard

Work together on projects and learn new skills. You might:

  • Speak up and share your lived experiences with other people
  • Create presentations
  • Learn public speaking skills
  • Research topics that matter to you and others in the group
  • Campaign for things that need to change
  • Make high quality films to share important messages

Why Join Be Seen Be Heard?
