bemix Work Coach – Supported Employment

Join our team as a Work Coach and support young people with learning difficulties and/or autism in the workplace.

Hours: An exciting range of hours are available, both Permanent and Flexible.

Location: In and around Medway and Swale

Pay: £10.00 per hour + holiday pay


About the role


We need people who are:

  • Passionate about nurturing the potential of young people with learning difficulties and/or autism
  • Calm, confident and adaptable
  • Committed and reliable


We'll provide a thorough induction, supportive work setting and flexibility that matches your situation with our interns' needs. Levels of work fluctuate according to the interns' needs in the workplace. For this reason, work is likely but cannot be guaranteed.

Experience of working as a Job Coach and with young people with a learning difficulty and/or autism is desirable, but not essential.
