Starting salary: £18,000-£21,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience/quals

Location: Sittingbourne & Canterbury

Bring fresh vision to small groups of people who have a passion for performing arts and who wish to develop their skills in performing arts including acting, improvisation, script writing, rehearsal and performance. The groups include people with learning difficulties and/or autism. You’ll discover performing arts together to produce meaningful performances. Working for a dynamic social enterprise, you’ll have great support and be joining a team of people who are looking for more than a job. If you have...

  • A background working as a practitioner in performing arts.
  • Experience in project development and nurturing ideas through to production.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt support given.
  • A drive and passion for equality.
  • Skills to work flexibly and use your own initiative.
  • A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm to motivate others.
