Alexis Quinn is an autistic woman, an activist, campaigner, accomplished swimmer, teacher and author of "Unbroken - Learning to Live Beyond Diagnosis".

Alexis talks to The Audiobox about her life - including her experiences of being locked inside hospitals under the Mental Health Act, escaping to Africa where she has rebuilt her life.
