Employer Engagement Support To work alongside the Employer Engagement Lead to identify, engage and support employers in Medway, Swale and Gravesham. With the aim to develop strong work placements for young people (interns) with learning difficulties and/or autism. Develop relationships with employers to maximise prospects for high quality, sustained, paid work following the internship and/or creating preparation for work opportunities. This is a part time position of 21 hours per week (flexible, but regular hours during the week). Fixed Term Contract for 1 year, with the potential to extend. Annual salary: £23,088, pro rata.
