Working alongside the Employer Engagement Lead, identifying, engaging and supporting employers in Medway, Swale, Canterbury,  and Gravesham. With the aim of developing work placements, matched to vocational passions, for young people (interns) with learning difficulties and/or autism. Developing positive, trusting relationships with employers to enable the best opportunity for high quality, sustained, paid work following the internship and/or creating preparation for work opportunities.  

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week (flexible, but regular hours during the week). 

Permanent Contract - March 2022 start

 Salary: £23,088, pro rata, which is £13,104 per annum (£12/hr) + Holiday pay + Generous pension scheme with bemix contributing 5% of pay

Location: Working remotely and in the business community in and around Medway, Swale, Canterbury and Gravesham.
