We are looking for a freelance

Eco Lead (Sustainability Advocate)

to work equally alongside a co-Lead with a learning difficulty and/or autism.

2 hours per week.

Immediate start.

Fee: £15 per hour (you will work on a self-employed basis and be responsible for your own tax and NI) and invoice bemix for the hours worked.

Main location: Home-based with some travel to our sites across Kent.

If you are...

Knowledgeable about environmental issues and how to work and live sustainably

A passionate community activist

Experienced in project leadership and able to work equally alongside a colleague with a learning difficulty and/or autism

Able to facilitate discussions, workshops and training without taking over

Interested in embedding sustainable working practices in a diverse, values-led organisation

Committed to equality and inclusion for people with learning difficulties and/or autism
