Volunteer role summary

Bemix (formerly Skillnet Group) is holding a celebration event on 1st October 2018 from 2pm-3pm at Westgate Hall in Canterbury.  The event will showcase and celebrate all of the work that we do to ensure that people with learning difficulties and/or autism can be seen, be heard and belong.

We are achieving excellent things within our projects and we are looking for a creative social media volunteer to run a #beseen #beheard #belong area at the event to help engage people in our work and spread the message further.  We want our guests to feel part of bemix and share their thoughts and experiences through the event.

This is an excellent opportunity for a social media enthusiast to use their creativity and knowledge of Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to promote values of equality, inclusion and community.  If you are a budding social media assistant, or interested in developing your own business in the area, this is a chance to get your name and work seen within the local community and business sectors.
